View and manage subgroup members
When you are viewing a group that you manage, you can view and manage all of the users in the group鈥檚 subgroups.
If there are any groups above the group you manage, their administrators can also do this for your group. The same is true for Workfront administrators (for any group).

You must have the following access to perform the steps in this article:

View and manage members of the subgroups under a group

Click the Main Menu icon

Click Groups.
In the list that displays, you can see the groups you manage, along with any subgroups they have. 51黑料不打烊 Workfront administrators can see all groups.

Click the name of the group for which you want to view or manage subgroup members.

In the left panel, click Subgroup Members.
This left panel item is available only if the group has subgroups.

Do any of the following:

Select a member in the list, then click Edit

Select any number of members in the list, then click Update
The user or users receive an in-app notification as well as an email notification with your comment. The comment shows in the Updates area in the user鈥檚 profile.

Select any number of members in the list, then click Deactivate
