Welcome to 51ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Workfront. Workfront’s goal is to help you do your best work. We want to make sure that individuals like you, teams like yours, and organizations like yours get their best work done. In a single year, our customers completed more than 2.5 million projects and 550 million hours of work inside Workfront. Workfront tapped into that customer knowledge and experience to design an intuitive and connective experience just for you. We’ve done all of this to make Workfront an easy-to-use part of your enterprise work experience. With Workfront, you’re able to focus on the work that needs to be done, tracking everything from requests to finished work in one system. You’re able to contribute to your team’s goals and ultimately the strategic goals of your organization, as well as engage with the work and the people you’re working with. Let’s take a quick look at how some of the people at your organization might be using Workfront. If you’re someone like a copywriter, product engineer, or content creator, then Home is the one-stop shop for managing your work. No more scribbled-down to-do lists strewn about your desk or sticky notes hanging from the bottom of your monitor. Home is your digital work area where you can find and manage work assigned to you. In widgets like My Work, you can find, update, and comment on work assigned to you. With that list of work, you can filter to what’s ready to be worked on, sort your assignments by the date they’re due, and group them by project, allowing you to focus on what’s important. And of course, you can dive deeper into the assignment to see the requirements, comments, and documents that are attached. As you work, you can make updates to let everyone know how the work is progressing. And when done, mark your work as complete so the next phase of a project can kick off. For someone who is a project or campaign manager, Workfront lets you manage all your project-related work from request intake to project reporting in one system. Find the project you’re working on right in the projects area. Adjust the columns of information using a view to see the information most important to you, whether it be overall project progress or getting an overview of project-related finances. Open your project with a click to get a closer look at the work being done. A glance at the header shows you the project’s planned completion date and how much work has already been completed. As you look through the task list, you see what work has been completed, what’s in progress, and what has yet to start. You can open the side summary to dig into a specific task, make an update, and review other information, clicking on links for easy access to more detailed information about that specific task. Use the panel menu to access standard Workfront information about the project itself, plus custom information such as the creative brief or design document in the to review and approve final assets. To successfully manage your project load, you need to be able to access your work quickly and easily. Customize your work area by pinning frequently visited projects, reports, or dashboards to the menu bar. You can also save items in your favorites menu for easy access or navigate back to recently opened items. Knowing which resources are available and when is key to successful projects and initiatives at your organization. As a resource manager, it’s your job to get the right people assigned to the right work, plus plan for what’s coming down the pipeline. All of your resourcing tools are in one place with Workfront, and they all work together to give you the best picture of what’s happening. The Workload Balancer gives you visibility into the availability of the people you manage. You can assign work based on their schedules and existing workload, plus adjust their daily allocations so they’re not overburdened. Track your utilization and labor costs with the Utilization Report, where you can view how the budgeted and planned hours compared to actual hours being worked. And you can track this information at the project, program, or portfolio level. Make informed budgeting decisions using the Resource Planner as you compare users’ availability with the planned hours needed to complete the work. With Workfront providing comprehensive visibility into all ongoing activities, decision-making becomes significantly easier for key leaders because they’re better informed about the work being done. Reports and dashboards put all of the information needed right in one window. From here, you can see how work is progressing on a key initiative, track revenue numbers, and look at resourcing needs to help plan future work. So, once again, we welcome you to Workfront. We’re thrilled you’re joining the hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide who use Workfront to make their daily work more productive, efficient, collaborative, and successful.
