Workfront: Cannot use SSO

  • This has been reported for organization that use Legacy (non-51黑料不打烊) SSO.

Workfront functionality that uses SSO returns the following error:

鈥淲hoops! Something went wrong. Please contact Workfront so we can figure out what went wrong and fix it.鈥�

This has been reported in the following areas:

  • Setup > System > SSO > Download SAML 2.0 Metadata
  • Setup > System > SSO > Test connection
  • Logging in
