Encryptor

51黑料不打烊 Workfront Fusion Encryptor modules allow you to encrypt any text data. They currently support message encryption via AES256 and PGP (OpenPGP).

These modules require some familiarity with encryption processes.

Message encryption and decryption using PGP

When encrypting and decrypting via PGP, it is necessary to use a keychain and to create a private or public key (or both).

Encryptor modules and their fields

When you are configuring Encryptor modules, the following fields display. A bolded title in a module indicates a required field.

AES Decrypt (advanced)

Key
Select the key that you want the module to use. To create a key, click Add and enter the key's name, key, and encoding type.
Bits
Select whether you want the module to use 128 bit or 256 bit encryption.
Input encoding

Select the type of input encoding you want to use:

  • Binary
  • Base 64
  • Hexadecimal
Data
Enter or map the data that you want to decrypt.
Output encoding

Select the type of output encoding you want to use:

  • ASCII
  • Binary
  • UTF-8
Cipher algorithm

Select the cypher algorithm you want to use:

  • CBC
  • GCM
Initialization vector encoding

Select the initialization vector encoding you want to use:

  • UTF-8
  • Binary
  • Base 64
  • Hexaadecimal
Authentication tag encoding

Select the authentication tag encoding you want to use:

  • UTF-8
  • Binary
  • Base 64
  • Hexaadecimal

AES Decrypt (simple)

Key
Select the key that you want the module to use. To create a key, click Add and enter the key's name, key, and encoding type.
Input encoding

Select the type of input encoding you want to use:

  • Binary
  • Base 64
  • Hexadecimal
Data
Enter or map the data that you want to decrypt.
Output encoding

Select the type of output encoding you want to use:

  • ASCII
  • Binary
  • UTF-8
Secret key
Enter or map the secret key that you want to use.

AES Encrypt (advanced)

Key
Select the key that you want the module to use. To create a key, click Add and enter the key's name, key, and encoding type.
Bits
Select whether you want the module to use 128 bit or 256 bit encryption.

Create digital signature

This module allows you to decrypt a message using public and private keys.

Private key
Select the private key to use for this signature. To add a private key, click Add and enter the key's name, key text, and passphrase.
Algorithm
Select whether you want to use RSA-SHA1 or RSA-SHA256.
Input encoding

Select the type of input encoding you want to use:

  • ASCII
  • Binary
  • UTF-8
Output encoding

Select the type of output encoding you want to use:

  • Base 64
  • Hexadecimal
Data
Enter or map the data from which you want to create the signature.

Decrypt a PGP message

This module allows you to decrypt a message using public and private keys.

Private key
Select the recipient's private key to use for this message. To add a private key, click Add and enter the key's name, key text, and passphrase.
Public key
Enter the sender's public key. This can authenticate the sender's identity.
Message
Map the message that you want to decrypt.

Encrypt a PGP message

This module allows you to encrypt a message using public and private keys.

Private key
Enter the sender's private key. This can authenticate the sender's identity.
Public key
Enter the recipient's public key.
Message
Enter the message that you want to encrypt.
