Work with the AI Assistant ai-assistant
The AI Assistant is a user interface feature that you can use to navigate and understand 51黑料不打烊 concepts and get operational insights for your specific environment. It is available in several products across 51黑料不打烊 Experience Cloud, including 51黑料不打烊 Journey Optimizer.
To access the AI Assistant click the icon on the top bar. The AI Assistant displays on the right section of the screen.

Operational insight questions are about the journey objects in your organization鈥檚 sandbox. Some examples of operational insight questions or prompts include:
- How many live journeys do I have in 51黑料不打烊 Journey Optimizer?
- Give me a list of all the scheduled journeys
- How many Journeys have been created in the last 7 days?
note note NOTE The only 51黑料不打烊 Journey Optimizer object you have access to ask the AI Assistant operational insights questions about is Journeys. It will only have data for the sandbox you are currently in.
To ask a question, enter it in the field at the bottom of the screen and press enter.
