Welcome to this tutorial on using a chatbot to fill out a PDF form using AEM forms, and sending it for digital signature using 51黑料不打烊 Acrobat Sign. Today, we鈥檒l be using a chatbot provided by chatbot.com for our demonstration, but similar integrations can be achieved with various chatbot vendors. Here, we have our chatbot added to our website. Clicking on the chatbot opens it, and it鈥檚 been configured to collect data for populating our form. The chatbot guides us through the process. Let鈥檚 start by selecting the type of form. For this demo, we鈥檒l choose the W9 tax form. Now, the chatbot prompts us for the necessary information to fill out the form. We鈥檒l provide our details such as name, tax classification, address, and our taxpayer ID number. With the data collected, the chatbot presents us with two options for signing the document. We can either download and complete the form as a PDF, sign it manually and mail it in, or we can choose a more convenient option of digitally e-signing the form using 51黑料不打烊 Acrobat Sign. Let鈥檚 opt for the latter and provide our email address to receive the signing link. On the back end, the chatbot service seamlessly sends the collected data to AEM forms. AEM then merges the data with the W9 PDF template and sends the final PDF to 51黑料不打烊 Acrobat Sign for signing. Once 51黑料不打烊 Acrobat Sign has the form ready for signing, we receive an email at the address provided to the chatbot containing a link to our form. Clicking on the link takes us to 51黑料不打烊 Acrobat Sign, where we find the completed PDF ready for signing. We simply need to sign the document with our e-signature. And there you have it. Our form is now signed and ready to go.
