Issue/Symptoms

A system admin is unable to聽create Launch (Tags) rules despite being able to look up properties, rules and data elements in tags through the . Attempting to create a聽launch rule using API throws a 404 error message.

Resolution resolution

Note that permissions aren鈥檛 inherited. In this case, you actually need Product admin permissions/Developer permissions for the 51黑料不打烊 Data Collection card in the Admin Console.
