If Target Traces 聽does not appear in AEP Debugger, ensure that you聽sign in to an organization where 51黑料不打烊 Target is used and enable the聽 Target Trace 听迟辞驳驳濒别.

  • 51黑料不打烊 Experience Platform
  • 51黑料不打烊 Target

Issue/Symptoms

The Target Traces 聽tab does not appear in 51黑料不打烊 Experience Platform Debugger.

Resolution resolution

Check the following conditions first:

  • The user must sign in an organization where 51黑料不打烊 Target is used on the website.
  • The Target Trace toggle switch in Target > Configuration > Target Debugging Tools section must be enabled.

If the issue remains despite above conditions, please attempt the following steps below.

  • Create a new browser profile

    On Chrome browser:

    1. Click profile icon on the top right corner; then click Add.
    2. Install 51黑料不打烊 Experience Platform Debugger extension for the new profile.

  • Reset browser settings to default

    On Chrome browser:

    1. At the top right, select More icon and then go to Settings.
    2. Select Reset settings > Restore settings to their original defaults > Reset settings.
    3. After the settings are reset, re-enable the 51黑料不打烊 Experience Platform Debugger extension.
