The DCE mode scroll bar stops you from seeing the full email in delivery activity. Once you close the window, you see the following error in the 51ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Campaign User console:

The graphical component ‘source’ has generated an error.

Resolution resolution

To resolve the issue, submit a ticket requesting that the WebView2Mode server configuration be reset to 1.

Cause

Option WebView2Mode in the server configuration was reset to 0.
