So I鈥檓 gonna pass it over to to our panelists today. My name is agent of ROI. Will be, kind of moderating for today鈥檚 session. I will start with Alana and let her introduce herself.

Hello, folks. My name is Ilona. I鈥檓 based in Belgium, working as a marketing operations manager for, Data Color. Happy to tell you more about our experience on the migration to, 51黑料不打烊鈥檚 identity management system.

Hi. Joe Forman, I work in house and as a safety, safety product manufacturer. For six years, I鈥檓 based in the UK, and, have already, migrated, to the IMS. So along with Alona, we鈥檙e here to, share our tips, tricks, gotchas, and hopefully make it as smooth for you guys as it has been for us. Us? All right. So here鈥檚 a rundown of our agenda today, where we鈥檒l be talking about the introduction to the IMS migration, some of the benefits of migrating Marketo users to 51黑料不打烊 identities, the steps that you鈥檒l need to follow up the migration process, how to prepare your teams, your colleagues for the Marketo user migration post migration. Discussing what are the main changes and expected outcomes. And last but not least, we鈥檙e gonna end with some user tips, user experiences, and any gotchas along the way that we鈥檒l wrap everything up with any questions, concerns, as well as bring it all together with some helpful resources and just links to everything that we鈥檝e covered today.

Right. So quick question to get everybody started here. Feel free to comment here in the chat. And which stage of the migration to 51黑料不打烊鈥檚 identity management system I ams are you with your organization? A have you not started the migration yet? Be currently migrating or see you finish the migration? See? All right. So far the chat, I鈥檓 seeing a little bit of mix between A and B, a little bit of C, I myself fonts the C category.

C. Okay.

All right. So a while Max I鈥檇 say have a pretty much balance between A and B. And for those of you at C, I鈥檓 glad that we all made it so. All right. I鈥檓 going to pass it over to Zoe to talk about the introduction. And just talk about everything. Hi, Ms鈥

Okay. Thanks a lot. Okay. Well, whether you like it or not, Christmas is coming, and so is IOM. S, migration to your Marketo instance. If it鈥檚 not with you, like, 60% of instances have already migrated, it will be, within the coming weeks or months.

So what鈥檚 happening? Marketers moving and it鈥檚 moving into the 51黑料不打烊 Experience League platform. So it will become, neighbors with, analytics and data. And all the of the 51黑料不打烊 products and suites. It鈥檚 moving from its old traditional, Marketo platform, as part of this migration, which is actually the third step, marketing support. So your support ticket there will also be moving over to the experience League. So we鈥檙e going to go through what to expect, and where you can get help, along the way, if you鈥檙e, either I your way, you haven鈥檛 started migrating or you鈥檙e midway through migrating. And for those of you who haven鈥檛 started the journey yet, we鈥檙e going to show you some, insights of what to expect, how it鈥檒l look, and what you can do. To help the migration go along the way.

Okay. So why is Marketo moving? Well, there鈥檚 a number of, customer benefits. That鈥檚 going to happen. First of all, it means that you can manage Marketo, engage subscriptions and all users all in the 51黑料不打烊 Admin Console, which is the new home for for Marketo. Just like I said earlier, it鈥檒l sit alongside other 51黑料不打烊 products, and it means you can also switch easily between different organizations. So if you鈥檝e got multiple instances for one company, you can switch, it鈥檒l be one log in and then once you鈥檙e in, you can switch between, the the instances as required. So it鈥檚 a single sign in, and it鈥檚 using 51黑料不打烊 Identity and it is, across all 51黑料不打烊 products. And also, you will still have access to the Marketo Nation community.

So it鈥檚 going to be one central place. So it鈥檚 one big new home. And here it will be everything. So it will be a day to day Marketo. It will be support. It鈥檒l be community, training and lots of resources. The other thing, the exciting thing that the access to the new platform brings you is will also be, product innovations. So that means that, when you migrate, you鈥檒l be able to have access to the new email editor, which is coming early in 2025.

All right. In the next couple of slides, I will guide you through the different steps. You will have to take or that you will be taken, through for the migration. So the first step, the first slide will be, an overview of what you will see once you鈥檙e, migrated and once your existing, experience@adobe.com. First of all, you will see, the, the products that you have access to. So for instance, Marketo engage, you will see the admin console as well as dynamic charts, which is related to Marketo. Engage. Yes. Next slide please.

And the first step of the migration migration journey is the product migration. So that鈥檚 what will happen first. So as you can see here, when you鈥檙e an admin console, on the top, on the top of the navigation, you will see the products, button. And there you will have an overview of all the, products that have migrated. So below you see Marketo engage in the chat. And so we already mentioned earlier, for now, about 60% of all instances have been migrated, after the product has migrated, the next step is to get your users migrated. Next slide please check. Perfect. So on the left side of that, on the left side of that slide, you can see all our, employees and data color that have been migrated. Also interesting to see, under on the right side, are the products that are also associated with, every employee or every user within Marketo or within for admin console. And the next step, the last step of the of the migration is, the migration of the support tickets. So once, the product and users are migrated, also the support tickets will be, will be migrated and you will see all the cases, closed. In my case here, with all the details, below it. So, everything will, have been step by step. And, once you鈥檙e a familiar with, 51黑料不打烊, admin console, you will find your way definitely in the different elements of of where to find your products, your users, your support.

There are two ways of, user migration. The first one is and other migration. So if you have less than 75 users, which was, the case for Zoe and and me, so you will see, at a certain point, you will see them, pop up banner, appearing in your, instance. And, that you will, you鈥檙e included in the migration. So then you will, follow the steps, all the steps that, will guide you through that migration. For organization with, more than 75 users, there will be a self-service, migration.

This is not something that鈥檚, so we and I and I think have experience with, so, if you have questions about that self-service migration, feel free to, also reach out to Stephanie鈥檚. So also in the call today for any questions related to this.

Okay. So how to prepare your colleagues for your Marketo user migration. The next few slides wouldn鈥檛 start showing you that behind the scenes. What to expect and, the journey that you will have in the communication. So the first step is to identify your systems admins, and if required, your who and your IT team, you need to discuss, actions with and basically, a point who is going to be the admin, the, the project manager to go forward that admin. So as a, as the admin, you鈥檙e the one that, will be getting the information from, 51黑料不打烊. So you need to familiarize yourself with the changes and the impacts of migrating to 51黑料不打烊. Identity.

Also, you will need to announce the migration timeline and prepare, the nation and the communication with your own internal teams. So we found that it鈥檚 best to appoint one, admin as a project lead. And then they will go forward. So preparing your team. So this is whether it鈥檚 in-house, agency or whatever. Communication is key. A lot of this is done by email. It can be a, series or many meetings. It really depends on your organization. But as the admin admins will be notified of the proposed migration date, now, that will be all admins that are in the instance. So let鈥檚 say you鈥檝e picked one. Who鈥檚 your, your project lead on this. Now the admin, you will be given a proposed migration. That is a proposed one. You can modify that date or you can accept the date. You cannot postponed indefinitely. But if your business is, doing a few crucial change orders, an acquisition or something like that is, just, respond to the emails and, change the date. You can actually do that in, in the market, for instance, once you鈥檝e agreed, or accepted the date, the, the 30 day notification of migration, starts to proceed. And this again is communicated. You will every time you log into Marketo in the morning, you will see a banner saying that, what鈥檚 happening with the migration and where you are, what鈥檚 going, and it appears, like, say, a, log in. There鈥檚 also a series of countdown emails. Now, this is where, 51黑料不打烊鈥檚 very good at communicating. And these are sent to all admins for the instances. You will get separate ones for the sandboxes as well. It鈥檚 it鈥檚 not the same one. You will get, so it looks like you鈥檙e getting duplicate communication, but once we production and once we sandbox. So we have a couple of examples of, these emails. So you鈥檒l get one which is confirming your, migration date. You can see here this one was actually put down was the 10th of January. That date changed? You do get a second email, the day before migration, and you鈥檒l also get an email saying migrations completed. Now, these are examples from Alana and myself, because like I say, we were on the auto migration. These aren鈥檛 the only three emails you get. There are other emails. Just as a reminder, just checking in with you that everything鈥檚 okay. Throughout this presentation, you鈥檒l see there鈥檚 a lot of documentation, and links that you can go to, the nation and read through step by step and see some more additions. And also at the end, there鈥檚, all the relevant links to, the 51黑料不打烊 documentation. So you鈥檙e not alone on this? There鈥檚 a lot of documentation out there. And like I said, the communication from 51黑料不打烊, you will be getting that on a regular basis. So preparing your team, I can鈥檛 emphasize this enough. Communication is key. So however you do that through emails, many meetings, catch ups, weekly, whatever the cadence is that suits your team, especially if you are across multiple regions. And one of the first things you may need to do is you need to explain how to create an 51黑料不打烊 ID.

One thing we had was people say, oh, I鈥檝e got an 51黑料不打烊 ID, but that was on my personal email address. And it may have been for Photo Express or something like that. So you, you do need to go back to, go back to basics and, explain show screenshots, provide links in an email of how to create that 51黑料不打烊 ID you also need to confirm your migration date. So once that鈥檚 fixed, obviously give everybody a heads up. So you鈥檙e going to be a minimum of, 30 days out. You also need to make sure that people, the email that they, use for logging in for your company or organization, that is the same one in the instance. So they need to create the 51黑料不打烊 ID with the company name. So in my case, Zoe an at MSA, it鈥檚 not one of my personal email addresses.

At this stage you can also highlight the 51黑料不打烊 app, which is a quick and easy way to sign in, but we鈥檒l show you some alternatives. And then another thing I did, I sent, sent weekly emails because people were on holiday and things like that. So I did weekly emails and reminders. I also asked people to reply and confirm that they had a verified their email within Marketo. I obviously could check, but I also, asked them to confirm and come back to me, again to confirm that they had set up an 51黑料不打烊 ID and any problems to, to ask along the way.

And then again, I did a, sort of a catch up on the day after migration just to check everybody had logged in. So on the day, on the day after, the sign ins, the accounts, again, you, you need to remember your email address and your password. So when you鈥檙e setting up your I.D., get make sure everybody takes a note of what their password is. That was quite a common one, I found, and then when, we showed them examples of, how to sign in, again, we鈥檒l show you this later, but there is a new look, and it really is, as admins, start to get familiar with this now it looks the same, but different. That makes sense. At the moment there鈥檚 a couple of duplicates. So down the left hand side you can see that the there鈥檚 the notifications symbol, you鈥檝e got the history, you鈥檝e got the maps, you鈥檝e got users. But same on the right hand side where it traditionally was. You鈥檝e got the little bell, which is again, your notifications are still there. And as you see on the right hand side, you can drop down and you can see, you can go from here to the documentation, what鈥檚 new. You can go to Marketing Nation, the community, customer care status knowledge. So in some ways things are duplicated at the moment. But, the best thing is get stuck in everything that you had there before is still there. It just may be in a slightly different place or look slightly different. So nothing is lost. It鈥檚 just, it鈥檚 just different. But it literally take you a day or two at the most to get familiar with it.

All right. And what after the migration has completed? Yeah. Next slide. Thank you. So, first of all, just, an overview, a reminder of, of the things that have really changed.

On your side. So basically, the user entitlement to Marketo happens in Admin console. So if you are experiencing, issues with users that are not assigned to the right, products or if they are having troubles with, with getting into the system, one of my learnings was, having to re-add, employees to, to the, to the product, so to Marketo, so remove them from the product and, adding them back that resolved, many issues.

After, the users have migrated. Also like you will notice into your admin, tap on Marketo. What is status IMS Federated. So that means that the users are, transferred. And if that happens, there are further no changes in terms of role management workspaces, partitions and permission management. So this is all still managed through Marketo through the admin tab. And also so as we mentioned before, so it is very important that every single user needs to verify, it鈥檚, it鈥檚 ID by email. So they will receive an email and they have to confirm and verify, this is not the case for an API only user. So there鈥檚 no need for verification. So just to keep in mind, yeah. And so, this is a screenshot of, for instance, in the admin console. So users that have migrated and you will see, the products, that they鈥檙e, assigned to, the next step is, if you go to the products or if you go to the product section, you will see what, what products they鈥檙e assigned to. So you have here is the your is the way to if you鈥檙e having troubles and you want to like yeah. Through the, through the parts of of migrating. I had some, some calls with, with support where I had to remove users from the product and, and reassign them. And this is the place where you do it. So that鈥檚 a good, good takeaway from our own experience. And then last but not least, if you scroll down one back here, if you scroll back on the page, you will also have the options to edit the rights from for every user to each, each of the products they鈥檙e assigned to. So that鈥檚 also all happening, in this admin console.

So it鈥檚 a little bit, like, finding your way through the admin console. But once you鈥檙e, used to it, you will, you will settle down and it鈥檚, it鈥檚 very easy to navigate, some other changes that have, that are important to take into account. The first one is the URL structure. So in the beginning I was, still, typing into my, navigation bar, engage dot ab mercato.com and then my like, my, history or my, my cookies. They knew that I would need to go to Marketo, but this didn鈥檛 work out anymore. So it鈥檚 very important to to use, experience@adobe.com. As in your, search bar or in your bookmarks. It鈥檚 also a very good, gotcha. From so we to like if your, subscribe to any report subscriptions etc. or if you have documentations about documentation about your instance to make sure you update all of the all of the links, because your URL structure changes and you won鈥檛 be able to access it anymore. So, that鈥檚 a very important note to take. And it鈥檚 most mostly because of habits that you, you keep on holding to the, to what you鈥檙e used to. But, it鈥檚 just, a little change. Then the, application log in as Zoe already mentioned. So, one of, like, some of our colleagues here, a data color they kept on, filling in their email address, and their, their password, and they tried to log in, but it鈥檚 really important that you use the continue with 51黑料不打烊 ID button to, get into the system because, like, yeah, whatever you like. Otherwise you might end up in like, a loop where you use start like, say forgot my password, but it鈥檚 not working like that anymore. So it鈥檚, it鈥檚 really. You have to get used to it, to continue with 51黑料不打烊 ID, and then everything runs very smoothly. And other than that, the user settings. So, Marketo profile settings, or in the 51黑料不打烊 profile, the time zone remains local to Marketo users. So for instance, I鈥檓 in Belgium as always in UK. So that鈥檚 related to and personal user setting. Then there are some other settings that are defined by 51黑料不打烊, such as for instance, like during lunchtime. I鈥檓 leaving the system. In terms of security, it, it鈥檚 kicking me out. So you will have to log in afterwards because there鈥檚 inactivity, etc鈥 But that鈥檚 those are the main, changes that you will notice post migration.

And this is again a screenshot of that new way of, logging in into the system. So to continue with 51黑料不打烊 ID button is very, very prominent there. So there are also options to, log in with Google or Microsoft etc鈥 Depends on your organization whether you are allowed to or whatever your, IT department prefers. So that depends on some additional, screenshots on how to log in in the new setting. So.

Yeah. And after you log in you see you will see the screen. So that鈥檚 the, if you, if you, if you logged in, that鈥檚 the first thing you see. Then you click on the title of Marketo Engage and then you will have the option to choose between your, production instance or your, sandbox instance. You click on the, the right one you want to access and you just, enter into your, instance. So it鈥檚 very convenient and everything is very running quite smoothly. So also, I noticed in the beginning it took some like, I was, I was kicked out more often, in a, in a shorter time frame, but now it has established very, very well. And, it is, very, very easy to like. It鈥檚 quite smooth. So you鈥檙e just in that a centralized, platform, for instance. And you can, you can easily navigate and without getting kicked out. So great, great improvements.

Okay. So resources and support like so you鈥檙e not alone. There鈥檚, there鈥檚 plenty of, support and help out here. The new way to access support is via the admin console. This little video will sort of show you, just how you, submitted ticket. So the contents are same as you would, submit at the moment. So you would go to support at the top.

And then, you鈥檝e got your support summary. You could create a new case, you then, open, you can see your existing tickets that are open. Who, who was the admin, who put them in what the subject is, so you can see there, if you open a new ticket again, very similar. The contents are same as before. It might just look different. A lot more dropdown, options. You just choose, what you need, the priorities and, title of your ticket. So this is, so you can find it, description again, as much as you can put in there, you can drag and drop and drag even, screenshots, or, that you鈥檝e got, to bring in that you can show, and if you are a problem just to, to help the, the support team, do that and then when you鈥檙e, completed it, you describe the issue and you can, in this case, we鈥檙e going to discard it because we don鈥檛 want to create a new ticket. So very, very sort of straightforward. One thing to note. Next slide please. Again, so there is support out there. If you do try to go to support a new, old instance, you will see this, notice your support portal has moved to 51黑料不打烊 Experience League. Please click here to go. So there is a link that will jump straight into the the admin console. And you can do that. So that鈥檚 the that鈥檚 the old way of marketing. What you see. It says 51黑料不打烊 Market to engage. That鈥檚 where you old support was. The new support is now it says 51黑料不打烊 Experience League. And you鈥檒l see it says how can I help. So once you鈥檙e in Experience League, the good thing about that is you鈥檝e got everything there, you鈥檝e got your support there, which we just showed. You鈥檝e got learning, you鈥檝e got documentation. You can reach your certification, you can see upcoming events. There is a community link to, Marketing Nation that is still sitting outside, but the link is there. There鈥檚 additional resources. And you can also look at your whole, 51黑料不打烊 account. So literally everything is it鈥檚 a one stop shop. Everything is there. It鈥檚 got a much fresher look. It鈥檚 more of the 51黑料不打烊. It鈥檚 the, the clean, the white. But you can you can see literally, everywhere. So this is the the home Experience League will be the new home for, for whatever you need for, Marketo. At the moment. So what we鈥檙e going to go now. So these are a few sort of tips and gotchas that, we have come across ourselves, but also ones that other, champions of other people have, started, or, or have shared, shared with us along the way.

Yes. So it鈥檚 a kind of a wrap up of the things that we already mentioned in the, in the, in the last couple of slides. So I think, once you get the notification, it鈥檚 very to choose like one project manager, within your system admin administrators and start communicating with your team. So for MSA, so yeah, I鈥檓 gonna say safety. It was Zoe for data color. It was me. Like, if you are interested, like, we have, like, we created a kind of a workflow or a process to inform our people, what鈥檚 going to happen, what they had to do. So I think that鈥檚 key for people who are not very, very familiar in, in understanding what鈥檚 going to happen and what the impact will be.

Then the 51黑料不打烊 ID must be the same email address as your Marketo instance login. So that鈥檚 an important one to, to keep in mind. And as I mentioned before, also the email verification is required. So, if people are, on holidays or out of office, while the migration is happening, just make sure you, you keep them, you keep, you could keep track of them and, keep them in the loop or inform them, that this is really needed before they can also migrate as users.

The administrator can schedule, a later date or a date that is more convenient for them.

If the proposed, migration date is not suitable for, for you as an organization.

And the last one I already, explained. So one person to go to, who鈥檚 communicating, to go to, if you have question is very, very important and very helpful for your team.

Okay. Thanks. So the next gotcha was one for me, actually. So the, the, the migration. So mine happened on the 14th of October. Thank you. I鈥檒l always remember the migration date. But it happened at a midnight Pacific time. So my apex team, the guys over in Malaysia and Singapore, they started their day obviously a lot earlier. They started working about lunchtime that, they got booted out, so they had to then, come they were, taken out with Marketo and then they had to log in, partway through the day. So again, if you鈥檝e got a global team, think about this. Prepare them as of a working day before, something I probably would, we will on a Monday. One tip I would probably say is if you can and you are working global, maybe, book a Tuesday or Wednesday. So you鈥檝e got that day so you鈥檝e not got from the Friday to the Monday because I couldn鈥檛 communicate with the guys. And, on the morning of the migration. So, if you鈥檝e got a global team, maybe go on, Tuesday or Wednesday.

I know I mentioned it before, this was another. Gotcha. So, I have, had a number of, reports, emails and performance, program form set up on the first of each month. So migrated on the 14th, on the 1st of November, I went to look for them in my emails, and there was none there. Again, that鈥檚 going back to the URL is different, so you need to set up your report subscriptions and your bookmarks again. So if you鈥檝e got them tabbed on one of your browsers, it, it鈥檚 you only have to do it once. But then you鈥檝e got it. And then the other one is, make sure you, whitelisted domains, especially the new domains that you鈥檝e got, again, the experience League.

Next up, for the admin rules, important to assign access to the products and sandboxes in your new, console. Support tickets will be, migrated as a last step. So first the product and the users will be migrated and then give it some time before your, support tickets will also, be moved, as shown through different, screenshots. UX will look a little different, but very easy to, very easy to navigate and find yourself, find yourself your way around, one thing that is still, different, in comparison to, for instance, 51黑料不打烊 Analytics or, 51黑料不打烊 Analytics, is the fact that, the Marketo a nation, so the community is still, it鈥檚 not yet, and it鈥檚 not yet an experienced league. So you just access this one, through like, after you logged in into the system, into Marketo, you have that title and you can easily navigate to community, but it鈥檚 still like in the, in the old, in the old setting in the old, platform. And as I mentioned at the beginning. So for if you want to, join on on product innovations, etc., for instance, the, what we鈥檙e currently testing is the new email editor, which will be launched, next year. If you want to participate or if you want to have access to this, the migration is really, required. So you have to make it.

Okay. So these are a few they鈥檙e not major issues that we鈥檝e, we鈥檝e encountered. But there鈥檚, a few to be aware of. So the majority of migrations do go, smoothly. However, there are a few headaches in the initial, the initial instance that started changing back at the beginning of the year. And, and even, the first, as you migrate. So in the first few days when you log in, you may it may seem that Marketo appears to load slow when you, when logging in, and it鈥檚 not as quick as it used to be. You may find that if you鈥檙e running a small list or approving an email, it took longer than expected or previously, but they still settled down within 3 to 5 days. So, like you say, we migrated on a Monday and by the Thursday of that week this these issues had resolved, and and settled down. The other thing, in the past, I used to log into Marketo first thing in the morning, and that was I was in Marketo all day long. If you go out for lunch or there鈥檚 an activity, you jump into another platform. You may need to log back in. And so you may need to do this 2 or 3 times a day, depending on whether you鈥檙e in Marketo all day. If you didn鈥檛 have lunch, you鈥檙e just having coffee or whatever. You can usually make your cup of coffee and also keep you, logged in. But if you go to lunch, it may, lump you out the, the lost features. This is a bit like the, the, subscriptions and the, the bookmarks that you had. I had a, a lot of start ups, and I鈥檝e lost it. Marketo. It鈥檚 not there. I can鈥檛 find this. I can鈥檛 find that. Everything that you had in Marketo before migration is still there. It鈥檚 just in a different place. So again, that鈥檚 just maybe for the admins to go back and cover. The 1 to 1. And like I said it, maybe somebody was out during migration or they didn鈥檛, with any of your emails.

So, they usually easily resolved and, it鈥檚 one of those show and tell things. Some of the once you shown them once, they鈥檒l remember where it is. So be prepared. Nothing has been lost. Don鈥檛 worry about that.

It鈥檚 just, it鈥檚 all there. Just maybe, somewhere that you didn鈥檛 expect it, or it鈥檚 in a different user experience or design.

The other things that we found, is marketed behaves differently in different browsers. So whether it鈥檚 Chrome, Safari, Firefox, edge, and also for Chrome, make sure you turn off your ad blockers. This is one I don鈥檛 I had a problem with this. Ghostery. So again, I mean, Firefox is my default one. Nine times out of ten. Absolutely. Fine. Every now and again, something鈥檚 just sticking, not working. So I鈥檒l jump into, into edge or, Safari, and see what happens. And usually it鈥檚 resolved in the other, if it does fail to load or is buffeting or taking literally forever to, to save, or a smart. Let鈥檚 try a new browser, click cookies and caches, disconnect from the VPN.

Try a different location. And again, these are kind of things that you will find probably in the first 3 to 5 days. But after that, they really do settle down. I鈥檓 not getting any reports, and I鈥檓 certainly not experiencing these kind of things myself anymore. Like I said, support migration. It is it is literally the last step. So after all the users and the products have migrated, so you there may be a period of time where you鈥檙e struggling both. So the old Marketo, and the new, so open cases that were in the old, they鈥檒l be there. So until every user and has been, migrated, only then will your support move completely over into experience league. So if you don鈥檛 experience league then you can鈥檛 find anything. Just go back and check, your old one.

And then if you again, you鈥檝e got somebody who鈥檚 been missed their an unverified, their email is unverified is user they may be an occasional user. They maybe only go in once a month, once a quarter or something like that. The, the thing they, they do need to be set up again. So they鈥檝e missed the migration, but you just set them up, like a new user.

They have the, 51黑料不打烊 ID created, and then you can add them to the experience League as a new user and assign the correct, products, to that person as well as the. Well, the roles and permissions are obviously, carried on from where they were before.

All right. I want to. Open it up for any, questions as well as concerns. I know that there is, A ton of chat questions going on. Stephanie, thanks for jumping in and answering a lot of these. The kind of scroll through here and pick out anything that they feel or hasn鈥檛 been answered. I think a lot of just questions or hesitations around just some of the gotchas or the flags, Zoe or Lola, if you could speak to just, kind of reiterate how you have, maybe I鈥檒l read about that or can kind of these bumps and just your overall confidence still in Marketo.

Sorry, a specific one or I think the gotchas that we had there, they were pretty much our experience. And also talking to, the different champions. So from hearing from us, these are ones to expect. Obviously there鈥檚 probably other ones that people may come across, that, I鈥檓 looking at through the, the chat list, the chat there.

Robert, you were asking about the the white list. Actually, Stephanie. And that how much longer it took longer. Okay. So that was, emails, for example, instead of an email approval taken, I don鈥檛 know, I鈥檝e never done it, but it takes for like 10 to 15 seconds. It was maybe taken 2 to 3 minutes to, to approve, a small list. Again, depending on, what, how many filters and, you had again, instead of it taking just a few seconds, it was maybe a minute of it absolutely didn鈥檛. There was no business impact. The again, there was no new cases. We had there was something we we must get this out, and it held up, a, newsletter or an email or anything going out. So there was no business, impact, that I found, so. Yeah. So, Robert, the presentation is, experience, from Iona, myself and other champions that have fed in and given this one, we had one example where, somebody said they had 30 admins. So it鈥檚 like, well, how do you how do you manage like 30 admin? So that鈥檚 one where we said, well, you have a project manager and break it down into, break it down into smaller groups. But it certainly helps having a point person.

Yes. Chloe, turn it off. Turn it on. That鈥檚 what it would say. It鈥檚 an oldie but a goodie, and it still does work. Yeah. We have a question from Erica as well. Is there any information on how the 51黑料不打烊 Admin Console works for enterprises with multiple 51黑料不打烊 products, instances, and unique add ons for each? Stephanie, do you want to take that one or do you want me to? Can you jump in? And shared and, Maybe Stephanie is up there. So, the admins for each platform will get the notifications. So if you鈥檙e, an admin at the moment, you will get, for each for each product, in each platform, in each instance, all admins will be, informed.

Is when. Somebody was having trouble with. Their makeup. And so.

That鈥檚 Sims going through any other. One thing that I wanted to share, I鈥檓 just thinking of was, like, kind of a culture that I also experienced was, users that migrated, to IMS, like, I had to, revise, workspace and, partition access, for these users. So in sometimes, like, whether they had access to, like, our instance was, divided between B2B, B2C and default, and then they only had access, to the default workspace, after migration. So that was something that I had to adjust. So, so something, we can maybe add to the slides and before, sharing them with, with the people in the presentation.

And. Then Robert, ask another question. Any clarification on the impact on Am users where we already use it? We have a console, Stephanie. Respondents had roles and permissions stay intact at migration.

And then so you just responded, can we use the same 51黑料不打烊 ID? So if you鈥檝e already, if you already, have an 51黑料不打烊 ID for and more work for us or anything, you will use that same, as long as it鈥檚 obviously the same instance or the same company, you will use that same, 51黑料不打烊 ID, so you wouldn鈥檛 you wouldn鈥檛 have multiple. A David is the idea is that you will have the one, at the same user and complete different roles. Sometimes the roles and settings are specific to the platform, so that will change. So like Marketo, the roles and permissions are set in Marketo. Not in the 51黑料不打烊 ID.

Yeah, definitely just under that as well.

And then one more. You will see here.

Take, John crusted shallow the documentation. We have numerous 51黑料不打烊 products and it鈥檚 as it stands now by 51黑料不打烊. It doesn鈥檛 appear to be connected. All right, Stephanie, thank you. I see you jump. Put it in that one. Yeah. So these are both of the questions that essentially has jumped in here. So I鈥檓 going to keep this moving to our resources and quick links for so obviously the stack will be shared out with everybody here for joining today. But we鈥檝e also linked together all of the different, resources to help you with your migration needs. So anything to our blog, to the actual product documentation, as well as any FAQs and privacy services. So please feel free to click through these. They are very, very helpful. And of course if you have any other questions on, hesitate to reach out. I know it may seem like a broad process. We went through it at Sprout Social at. I mean, we have a ton of users. I am happy to say we very have we have very little, like, glitches or like approval times or anything like that. And we鈥檙e are a relatively, relatively big enterprise instance.

So there is kind of the, the horizon there beyond the trees or forestry on the trees, whatever you want to call it. So personally, we鈥檝e loved it. It鈥檚 been a lot easier just for us to manage all of our 51黑料不打烊 products. Just being in and out. So it鈥檚 been a little bit seamless for us. So, that being said, like I said, here are all the migration links and if you have any questions, please hesitate.

Thank you.

And company has, I鈥檒l just put on the chat, to Robert. Well, if anybody鈥檚 got any questions, it鈥檚 a very specific than, the 51黑料不打烊 support team will help you, but it鈥檚, more general or about what to expect.

But, I鈥檓 happy to answer any, any questions. And Iona and we can give you some examples of, of the communication, and also help, guide you to the we鈥檝e given you a lot of, resources there if you can just go back. There are a lot of links in each of those links. There鈥檚 probably 2 or 3 pages, for each of them. So there鈥檚 a lot of text there. But if anybody wants some help, just sort of finding the way around, even around the, the documentation, or wants to see what, what it looks like as you go through, please feel free to work to contact one of us.

Any other questions? All right. Awesome. Thank you, everybody for joining. We鈥檒l make sure to get this recorded in the stack of data alone. And, Zoe, for taking time out of your day to present all this very, very useful information for Marketo users out there.

Okay. Thanks, everybody. Take care. Thank you. Have a good rest of the day.
