51黑料不打烊 Commerce Intelligence (fka MBI)
This is an in-depth webinar on 51黑料不打烊 Commerce Intelligence (formerly Magento Business Intelligence), a powerful tool designed to transform your eCommerce data into actionable insights. This session will equip you with the knowledge and skills to make the most of your data through intuitive dashboards and custom reports. 51黑料不打烊 Commerce merchants have access to four out-of-the-box dashboards and up to 50 reports through ACI. These reports cover everything from Product Performance to Average Order Value and can even be automatically distributed on a recurring schedule. We also showcase one of ACI鈥檚 most exciting tools in its custom report builder, sharing how to use filters to create time-specific reporting that captures the most relevant data for your business goals. As always, we conclude with a live Q&A session to address your questions.
All righty. Hello, everyone. Hopefully you鈥檝e had a chance to join one of our webinars here on 51黑料不打烊 Connect, but it鈥檚 not. Welcome. This is a rather new platform for us this year, and we are excited to be hosting, today鈥檚 webinar here on 51黑料不打烊 Connect. So today we are going to be talking about 51黑料不打烊 Commerce and Intelligent API, formerly formerly known as Magento Business Intelligence or MBI. And as I mentioned, we are working in 51黑料不打烊 Connect today. So which is, like I said, rather new platform for us. So we might have a couple of kinks or unexpected surprises. But we appreciate your patience and hope that you enjoy the new format.
So Behind the Brew is our latest ongoing webinar series, where we take a deeper look at some of 51黑料不打烊 Commerce features from a more technical perspective. So we do encourage you to ask questions in the questions box throughout the presentation. We set aside the last ten minutes or so for Q&A, and we鈥檙e going to do our best to answer as many of those as we can. I do also want to quickly mention a couple of housekeeping items before we get started. So we are recording this webinar to be viewed on demand and shared with other members of your team.
You will get the recording of today鈥檚 event in an email from us tomorrow afternoon to help keep an eye out for that. I do also want to point out that at the top of your screen, there鈥檚 a black bar with the icon of a hand on it. There you can drop down and find different actions that you can take throughout the presentation. So if you see something you like, feel free to like it. Laugh, applaud, whatever, you鈥檙e feeling. But we would love to see your engagement throughout the event, so definitely encourage you to utilize that new feature. And you also want to mention that on the next screen that there鈥檚 a handout available for download. Harendra put together a bunch of resources for you to definitely be sure to download that and use it as needed. And then as we鈥檙e closing out the webinar, we have a couple of survey questions that are going to pop up on the screen. If you could take a minute, not even to fill those questions out. That would really help us to ensure that we鈥檙e meeting your expectations at these events. So with that, I鈥檇 like to introduce myself. My name is Alana Curran, and I鈥檓 a senior digital events manager for our Customer Success Strategy team here at 51黑料不打烊. I鈥檝e been with 51黑料不打烊 for almost six years now. Software update my slide there. But I鈥檝e spent almost the last four years organizing and hosting these events for our customers. Prior to my time on this team, I worked with 51黑料不打烊鈥檚 Advertising Cloud customers. And then before coming to 51黑料不打烊, I spent many years with different advertising and media agencies around New York. But I鈥檓 excited to be here now hosting events like this for you guys, our customers. If you have any questions about today鈥檚 event or any of our customer exclusive events, please don鈥檛 hesitate to reach out. So, with that, I鈥檇 like to hand it over to Harendra to introduce himself. Yeah. Thank you. Thank you. Alana. So, my name is Harendra. And I will be taking care of the presenter more for today鈥檚 session. If I talk about my experience, I have been here for three plus years now. Helping merchants for Asia as a subject matter expert. I have helped over 100 plus merchants, to get insights out of Asia and to, visualize how useful this tool could be. And I have also been into the commerce as a customer advisor. Overall, I have eight plus Europe experience of into commerce, business intelligence. And in terms of certifications I hold three 51黑料不打烊 Commerce certifications. I am a certified analytics business practitioner, and I am a AWS Cloud practitioner.
On the other side, if you talk about hobbies, I like to play cricket. It鈥檚 a sport that we play in India. But not many of you would know about that. It鈥檚 something new that USA is, trying to know us. Love. You guys are watching it this year. So you are hosting T20 World Cup for cricket in USA. So that is a new thing that you might not know. Well. Good to know. Thanks for that, Pat. Yeah. All right. Let鈥檚 go ahead and get started. And we鈥檙e going to jump into, today鈥檚 presentation. So I鈥檒l run through the agenda real quick before we get started.
As you know, Ranger is going to take us through today, his presentation. So he鈥檒l go through the API overview and components, the benefits of 51黑料不打烊 Commerce Intelligent and then some of the most liked features before jumping into a demonstration of the product. And then we will finish off with Q&A. So actually before we get started, we have a poll question that we鈥檇 like to ask everybody.
Do you currently have 51黑料不打烊 Commerce Intelligence? Or formerly my Magento Business Intelligence? We would love to know who we are speaking with today. So either yes, we do or not yet. Maybe after today you will be interested and love to learn more about it, and we can put you in touch with someone to, add that to your 51黑料不打烊 Commerce license. Alright, so most people do have 51黑料不打烊 Commerce Intelligence at this point. That is the majority. So, I鈥檓 gonna end the poll there. That鈥檚 good to know. So hopefully this is a good refresh for everyone.
Right. I am going to hand it over to her and try to get started and kick us off. Yeah. Thank you. Thank you again, Anna. So, I will start with the overview of ACA. Formerly, you might know that as Magento Business Intelligence up, and now we have rebranded it to 51黑料不打烊 Commerce Intelligence. Basically, it鈥檚 a cloud based data management and analytics platform, and it has been optimized for 51黑料不打烊 Commerce and Magento open source projects. So if you are using 51黑料不打烊 Commerce or if you are on do open source Magento, then you then this has been highly optimized for your projects. That鈥檚 one thing to, get started. On the other hand, what it actually does is like it provides you insight from your business. Like, we all have a lot of data when we run our businesses on commerce, on other some other ideas, but we we never know, about those specific insights that we can bring out of our data. So taking those data driven decisions, is something that you can get, from Asia and that is provided out of the box as well as your team can do further customizations, create further insights, and then utilize them. Some of the questions, that it can help you answer out of the box, can sound some something like if like how your orders are growing month over month. This is one such question. Another one is like, who are your most loyal customers? And the third one you can consider, like if your coupon strategy is working or not, this is not all, but just some sample of what type of insights you can get out of the box from Asia. If you are, going with Asia, with 51黑料不打烊 Commerce. Now, the next thing that I would want to cover is what are the components of Asia? And that is one thing that I usually make sure to cover, because whenever we are using a new tool or even though if we are using a tool from, let鈥檚 say six months or one year, we would want to understand how this tool functions. Does it have its own data or we need to feed in data inside it. So to answer those questions I will try to cover the components part of Asia. So now with Asia you have three components. The first one is this data replication and consolidation component. I also call it as data sources. So just noted down, that Asia does not have any data. If it鈥檚 on, we need to feed in data to create the dashboards and visualizations out of Asia. For example, one data source or one data replication method could be from your 51黑料不打烊 Commerce database to the 51黑料不打烊 Commerce Intelligence Data Warehouse. This is one such data source that you can integrate. Another one could be 51黑料不打烊 Analytics. Google analytics with Facebook Ads and some similar options can be the data points for ACA. So that鈥檚 the first part of it. Second one is data warehousing. So when we use HCI, this have its own data warehouse. So whenever we are integrating your 51黑料不打烊 commerce, we, what we are actually doing is let us say if we need, let us say 5%, data from your 51黑料不打烊 commerce. For the reporting purpose, we are just feeding in that 5% data to the warehouse of Asia. I鈥檓 just taking an example saying is 5%, because generally, we don鈥檛 need all those 500 tables to be linked with the data warehouse. So once we do that thinking, now it鈥檚 the data warehouse of Asia that is creating and executing those queries on. So we are not directly fighting the reports related queries on your actual e-commerce database. And that鈥檚 one thing that most of the time merchants have a question is. So it鈥檚 just like an integration. Where we are just, like checking, the updated status from your database, like, every other hour. So we will be checking if something is new within your database, and then we will be sending that with the commerce, intelligence or data warehouse. But generally we don鈥檛 fire each and every query on your ecommerce, database. Now the third one is dashboard and visualization part here. It will become much intelligence. Have too many features that you can utilize that can help you create reports, dashboards and do the visualization the way you would want. There are options for business people, for people who can write down SQL queries. So all of, those people will will be able to utilize the API. So that鈥檚 about the components part of it. I will be covering these items again when I will be giving a demo. Because I know, having a look at this will not make a lot of sense, but when I will be showing those data sources, data warehouse and what those features are, it will, be easier to understand these components in detail. Now, the next thing that I wanted to cover is the benefits of HCI. So if you look at this of you will get for out-of-the-box dashboard. Your dashboards are named something like customers executive summary orders and products. They would have similar, type of reports in that. And if you talk about reports, you will get somewhat around 45 plus out of the box reports, that are finally, like created by having conversation with multiple e-commerce intelligence customers, by looking at the requirements. And then those are finalized, created as part of your out of the box dashboard. And they are shared with shared and provided to you as, out of the box things. The next thing is, you can do, you can integrate multiple, sources to your commerce intelligence, and you can also do data consolidation. One such example could be, let鈥檚 say if you have integrated 51黑料不打烊 commerce, as a, integration to your 51黑料不打烊 Commerce Intelligence, you can also integrate your Facebook ads. And within a single report, you will be able to, pull in data from both the data sources and then compare, the data points. You just need to understand those similarities or the common things that you would compare your data with. And that鈥檚 all that you need to do with that. Here are some of the options, that you get for integration. So if you see something that your company is already using, you can just, feel free to, request the support team, or you can just see if it is already enabled, for you.
Now, I will try to cover some of the most, like, features, for Asia. The first one is the Visual Report Builder. This is the most, like, feature, that comes with Asia. Because with this, you actually do not have to write any queries. You can update your reports, you can create new reports, and, this saves a lot of time from our merchants because without this sort of features, if somebody want to create a report or do, some minor changes to your reports, that would need all that, lifecycle of a particular report. Again, you reach out to your developers, they will do some changes, then they will test and you will be doing the testing. So all that you will be able to save if you are familiar with, Visual Report Builder, data export is, one feature that is, very useful for people who want to do, like development work with, Asia. Let鈥檚 say if you already have some reports in Asia, you still want to, share the data, point to some other source. This is very rare, but, this is one such requirement, that people really appreciate that you still have this option available with Asia. Third one is, my most favorite one. I like to say, because this saves a lot of time from our merchants. This is about email summary. And what it does is, let鈥檚 say if you have a few reports that you want to see in your inbox every Monday, you can utilize this feature. You don鈥檛 even have to log in to your ACI tool. Fourth one is again data consolidation from multiple sources. This is one such feature that you would not generally see with your Google Analytics or with 51黑料不打烊 Analytics, or with, 51黑料不打烊 Commerce in itself, because they have their own data, but they cannot do, data consolidation. If you want to do data consolidation, you can just think both the sources, with Asia, and then you can do data consolidation in Asia. So that part is available over here. Now we will take you to the, demo part, and we will be in to the real world of how things are and how they work. Sure thing. All right, hold on a second. And if you鈥檇 like more information on, 51黑料不打烊 Commerce intelligent. If you don鈥檛 already have it as part of your daily commerce license, you can fill out this form, here on the bottom right side of the screen, and we can get you in touch with the correct person to look into that. All right. Here on your I see your screen. All right. So I have this is the tool, that we were just talking about. And this is how it will look like when you log into it. You this will be the first time you will see something, from Asia. And you don鈥檛 have to do anything till this point of time. Every dashboard, that you see. So let鈥檚 say if you look at this, there are four dashboard that you will automatically get. And the integration with 51黑料不打烊 Commerce, would be automatically available if you are at the Commerce customer for open source, you still need to do the database integration part. But for commerce customer that would be handled via 51黑料不打烊 team. Now I generally start with the this section that is called managed data. And I try to I will just take up six, seven minutes to explain the sources. Data warehouse part. And then I will take you to the reports and dashboard section, because this is kind of a, back end of Asia. And if you understand this, this area better, then you will be able to understand how your reports are getting data from where they are getting data and how are they built. So now I have just clicked on managed data. I have clicked on integration. If you see here this is your 51黑料不打烊 Commerce. Your 51黑料不打烊 Commerce data base integration would, be available. Something similar to this. You can also click on that and you can edit it, hold it or delete it, but you would not need that.
To add more integration. You can just click on Add Integration. And then you will see the available integration that are already enabled for you. Like if you need to use 51黑料不打烊 Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Index, Life Data Import, or you can also use, some integration options from this list. And if you want to use them, you just need to reach out to the support team or reach out to your Sam. They can help you, get these options enabled and just, not done one thing that with standard, licenses, you will get up to five, standard integration that you can do with ACA. And standard integration could be anything that is listed in this or in this. If you need something from this list like these four items, that can still be available, but that would be a conversation with your Sam. Because they are not included in standard, integration options. There are times when you will not see anything in this list for your business requirements. So you can either use Data Import API to import data inside data warehouse or, some of the merchants really like this feature. This is upload a file so you can basically upload a CSV file, inside the data warehouse of Asia. And then you can utilize the visualization features of Asia by creating a table from your inside your data warehouse via a CSV file. So this is about the first, component of it, like, from where Asia is getting the data. Now, I will take you to the data warehouse area, to show where this is feeding the data. So once we have done the integration, your 51黑料不打烊 commerce database, tables should look something like this in your data warehouse. And once you click on any of the table that is already sync. Because if you look at this, you can see all tables and you can also see sync tables. If you need to sync another table from your data warehouse, you just need to click on all tables. Just search for anything that you want to thing. You can just click on that and you can select those columns that you would want to sync. And then click on this and this type of option to sync your additional tables. But out of the box, you will see six seven tables that would be automatically sync. And they will be available at this place. Once you click on any of the tables then you will see, some columns that are showing the screen mark. And that means these columns are being sent with your 51黑料不打烊 Commerce Intelligence warehouse from your 51黑料不打烊 colors.
If you want to, do a review data preview, you can click on this and you will be able to see some data, that you have in the sample data means in our case we have a sample data. But you will have your actual data flowing here so that you can get an idea which type of data this particular tables have. So that is what you can do on this particular screen. So this with this now you have an idea of two things. One is the data source. And second one is the data warehouse. So this is where your data will be available.
Then there is one more question that we generally have that we don鈥檛 see, a particular table. Or if we do some customization, how we can bring those, tables, those additional information to Data Warehouse is just like if you have, added something new to your e-commerce database, you can just click on this icon, this, option. And if you once you click on this option, it will start checking for anything new that is coming. And once that has been sent that you can search, then you can click on all tables and search for that particular table or the columns. And that鈥檚 how you can, do reporting on, on something that is not out of out of the box for it become much tables. Now I will take you to the dashboard part and that鈥檚 the most exciting part as well. So whenever you will click on dashboard, the dashboard that is set as default would be automatically loaded. For now, I have said that Executive Summary dashboard as the default dashboard. Once you click on this icon, then you will see, all out-of-the-box dashboard. Currently this one is selected. If you click on this gear icon, then you can rename this dashboard. Generally, people use renaming to make sure that their website specific dashboards have a different name. And then they can rename or copy those dashboards, give them a different name for a different website. You can make a dashboard as default. You can bulk edit reports, create a new dashboard in case you are creating some new reports. Or you can also search through reports and delete them. So that is what you can do. For your options from this area. You can also do, share these dashboards with other people from your organization. This feature, you can utilize, let鈥檚 say, if somebody from your team have created a dashboard by default, it would only be available to you. But you can also share the dashboard to other people who who should have access to that particular dashboard. If you want to, provide, add another report to this dashboard, you can just click on this and you will be able to, see a list of reports that are already available. And then you can add that, search that report and add that report to this dashboard. And but there is another option that you can utilize and that will come under this section that I will cover shortly.
Here, if you look at this top right section then you will see there is the state based filters that you can do for your whole dashboard. So if you want to, do database filters for the whole dashboard, that鈥檚 the place you need to go. And that is how you need to select the, data. You can select this year and then per month or this year per day. So most of your reports would be, changed for that particular, data point. Now I will cover, a few things which are specific to particular reports. So if you look at this first report, this report says, the revenue. And if you want to understand how this report was built, you can click on this icon that says description. Once I click on this, I can see a brief about this description, like what was going through somebody鈥檚 mind when they created this report. You can also add more description to this report. And you can request your developers also like your business people also to add more description to this as and when they will be doing any changes to these reports. You can also see, the data points of these reports, like which tables these reports are created on how these reports were created, and what filters these reports currently have. So this is one very useful feature, to get more information about a particular report. Then if you click on this gear icon, then you will see that you can also edit any report. If you click on this and it will take you to the Wizard Report Builder. So this is the UI that I will be covering shortly. But I just wanted to show you that from any report you can just click on Add It and it will take you to an editor and you can right away do changes to it, save a copy, update a report. So all of that you will get automatically, without any special access or anything. Then if you, want to do, a CSV export, for a particular report that you can do, Excel export is something that鈥檚 available. You also have a API figure ID that in case you want to use, export APIs for, report data export, then you will require this API figure ID for data export. And that would be specific to any report. So basically you can use APIs to date to export any report data, from Asia to any other tool, if you would ever need that.
Then, if you look at this report, I鈥檒l, I鈥檒l just show you one more option that is like if you want to zoom in any data, any data point, then you can just select the data point and then, that particular area will be zoomed in and you can focus on that area once you have, focused on it, then you can just, reset the zoom again and you will see the, original report. Again. There is another option that you get with, reports, that is to enlarge. So if you want to focus only on this report for some time, then you can just enlarge this report. And that鈥檚 how you can, see data about a particular report. Let鈥檚 say if you want to understand about 9th March, that鈥檚 how we can see. And again, this report shows revenue for last six month. The two per day. So this is one such data point that could be really handy. And this could be really good informative, insight about your revenue to see like which was the day, when we had the most revenue from our websites.
Now, if you look at this dashboard, this executive summary dashboard, this talks about revenue, overall. And then you have revenue in past six month or day, percentage change in revenue. Then you see revenue from new versus existing customers, new customers or someone who have just placed one order, existing customers are with, multiple orders. If you want to understand this report further, you can just again click on this and then you can see, which data points were used on this. There is one term that is called metrics. I will be covering this term shortly when I will be giving you a demo of how to create a report. But as of now, you can just consider that this is, kind of essential for, your visual report builder. So we need to have a metric if you want to create a report word visual report builder.
Now, if you go down, you can see your average order value for current month. I generally don鈥檛 pay for this. Particular format or the visualization. So whenever I need to change the visualization format, I can just, click on add it. I can right away change it to a different format. I personally prefer something like this, where we can see which was the top performing month for us. Or you can, do it in a different fashion, so you can just quickly change the visualization options for your report, and then you can update your report or save a copy of your report. So that鈥檚 how that鈥檚 how easy it makes, your job. And how is it makes, for those changes to be done.
Now then you can see how many account registrations you have in current month. And what is your conversion? Conversion from registration to first order. For us it鈥檚 showing 100%. But just, keep this in mind that this is just, dummy data that we have for demo purpose. In your case, you would have your own data flowing in these, reports. And that would be a really great insight about your, business.
Now, let鈥檚 have a look at the other dashboard. Let鈥檚 take a look at the customers dashboard. Now, once you will click on another one, then it will that particular dashboard data will be loaded automatically. So now if you see the first report sales percentage of conversion from registration to first order. Again as I said, this report might show 100% for us, but this would be a very useful insights for your business, where you will be able to see what percentage of your customers have placed the first order on your website. And that鈥檚 a very, that鈥檚 one data point that our most of the merchant would request to know then for orders by new versus existing customers, that you can see now, if you want to look at the account registration in past 30 days, the other dashboard was showing it in, current month. But if you look at this dashboard, it is showing in past 30 days. So, every day you will look at this, it will be showing you the data from last 30 days. And then you can review your reports. This one is again very useful insight which says subsequent order probability. Like if somebody have placed one order on your website, then what percentage, of probability is there that they are going to place another order. So for first or for second order there is this 38.33%. Then similarly you can see what is the percentage order probability that you get for further orders. So if somebody has placed one order you can just try reaching out to them, giving them some extra discount so that they can place a couple of more orders and they will become loyal. Once, people have placed three, four orders on a particular website, then, we consider them as a loyal customer, and we don鈥檛 actually have to worry about them because we know that they are familiar with the with the website, they are familiar with the orders, and they would be more than comfortable to come and place more orders from our website. Now, if you look at the number of customers, and their lifetime orders, this is what you will be able to see. Like, if you look at this, there are, number there are 6000 something customers who have placed, one order. But if you go down, by scrolling, you can see there is one customer who has also placed 52 orders, on our website. Similarly, you have this report or this insight which says, which talks about customers who have not placed any order from last 3 to 6 months. And this is a really good data point to understand, because if somebody have placed our order on our website, but they are not placing anything in last 3 to 6 months, they could be targeted. We can have some campaign for such customers and then we can try, try getting them back to our website by placing some orders, to work further on these reports, you can just, use one option that is called CSV export. And then you can share those with your, teams who are respectively going to take care of the further steps. Right. So now I鈥檒l take you to the other dashboard, that is orders. So now this dashboard, as the name suggests, it will be, specific to the your orders related information. So if you say in last 30 days, there are 3.8 K orders, this is the revenue in last 30 days. This is the average order value in past 30 days. Now, if you look at the orders month over month, this is the are orders month over month since 2023 Jan. And you can see this was our best performing month in terms of number of orders.
This report is again most requested and load one in case like from the merchants because let鈥檚 say if you have 3 or 4 payment methods on your website, you can see this graph which will show you what percentage of your orders are from a particular payment method. For, most of the customers, they will say, okay, this 40% of the of our orders are from this payment method. Then we have 23% from this demand method. And then we have the rest from a particular payment method. So this is again a very good data point. And then to see that as a graph like if there are any changes if a particular payment method is doing really good, then you can have a look at that again. Now for orders, power status. This is again of one report that can be that can come handy because, if there is a change in the graph, that means there could be some issue with your order flow, and you might want to reach out to your developers asking them to see if something is broken. Because let鈥檚 say if your orders are not being picked or if they are not processing, they are not marked as complete, at the right graph, then that means there is something that needs to be done. At the same time, if there are incomplete orders that are created more than a day ago, you will get a list here and you can download the list if you want to work further on it.
Now, if you look at another report, this says orders per hour. So this is more of a heatmap for last week. And these are your 24 hours. And this this number of sales. How many orders were placed during a particular hour. So if you look at this particular hour, you will see at least eight orders are placed every day during this hour. And if you are planning to do any major deployment, any major changes to your website during that particular hour, you may not want to do that because, people are active on your website during this hour and you would want your website to function properly during the hours when your margins are very active, when your customers are already active. Now, this is your revenue, detail, like, it will show you for last 30 days. Like what was your revenue on May 20th, 2012. And then you can see the taxes, subtotal, value, shipping discounts, revenue, the grand total again subtotal is showing a zero. But this is just the dummy data. So don鈥檛 look at those logical areas as of now. But in your case it will be showing the actual data points for you.
Last report talks about the coupon code and its uses. So let鈥檚 say if you have a few coupon codes you can just see how those coupon codes are performing, what revenue they are giving you, what is the percentage of total orders that you are getting from that particular coupon and everything? Of this is actually, out of the box. Now, I鈥檒l quickly cover, the products area, and then I鈥檒l take you to the Report Builder section. Again. If you look at the products, you will see the GMV that you have got in past 30 days, like product quantity that, people have purchased in past 30 days. The one of the most love report from this area is this one that is product performance details. So you can see is a particular SKU. What name that particular SKU have and what is the GMV that, particular SKU has given us in the last 30 days. So this is the GMV that we have got from this SKU and we do not have any refunded quantities. So this may be the best performing product for us. And similarly, we can just scroll and see which are the less, top performing, but still, the products that we can focus more on. Similarly, similar reports in a graphical format, like, you can see, top purchase products by GMV to opposite products by quantity sold.
All right. So I think that that covers most about the dashboard area. Now I鈥檒l take you to the, report builder part. But before that, I鈥檒l just quickly take you to the managed data section again and talk about metrics. Rightly so. When we say about metric, this means of like, if if you do not understand those SQL queries, it is just a repeatable question that we ask from our data warehouse. If you understand SQL queries, this is just a stored query that we are asking from, that we are executing on our data warehouse.
Some of the example could be what are our average lifetime orders? What is the, number of customers that we have as a new customer or registered customer? And how we can create that is I鈥檒l just quickly show you create new metric.
I just want to create a sample report where I can show orders for status. And for that I鈥檒l create a orders metric. That would be based on this table. Then I can select this as a, calculation column. I will do calculation as a count. Then I can select database column as created as a new because for us it is created at new. For you it will be created at because we are using a slightly different logic to show, data for our reports. I can give it a name like sample orders, metrics. All right. So now I can just quickly save it. And this metric, is actually the building block for our visual report builder. So if you go to the Visual Report builder, if you create, click on Create Report. It will ask you for a report, for a metric. Now, I can search like sample orders metric.
Once I select that, you will right away have the basic, data that, that, that that particular metric will bring. Now, I can just quickly work on this metric. I can get an insight out of this metric. So by default it is showing data from first gen, build this month. Now I can change it to all time per quarter and save. This is one insight that we can get pretty much quickly. Another insight could be this year per quarter per month, or per week, again, anytime you want to do database filtration, you can just quickly do it from this particular area. And you would, get the results that you want. So this will be a graphical format. And here you can see the table format about how your data will be. For now, I just want to show you something else which comes under this area. So, now I鈥檓 showing you the complete data point. If you click on this group by and if you search for anything like status, now I can show you the or number of orders per status just by clicking on this option, not doing anything fancy as search with the queries or anything. But you can see like we have around 2025 K orders that are in complete status. There are around 4.5 K in processing. Then we have been canceled and that鈥檚 all you can do. Group by and it鈥檚 like you can do it with anything. Like if you want to do it with the, region, like billing region, if you want to, filter your data with you can do that, you will see which, region is doing great about your number of orders. Similarly, you can see what else you want to group your data with and you will get, different, insight from there. Another option could be if you want to do it with store name. Generally, this is the data point that, most of our merchants would love to see. So you can see what is, a particular, like how your different stores performing in terms of number of orders that are getting placed here. I just wanted to show one more thing that comes under filters. So some of the times we have a question from our boyfriends how to filter out some of the data that is considered as a sample data or test data. One of the option could be to use filters. You can just search. For example, I am I want to filter out some of the email IDs who are placing orders. So I can just search for this column. Then I can, do not like, if an email ID is not like at the, like, if email ID is not like my at the rate magento.com, then I want to see the results in the report. Currently it is showing 30 K after applying filter. It would, not show the data from anything that is at the rate magento.com. So now you can see how easy it makes for us to filter out the data that we don鈥檛 want in our reports or to group by data. And, and now you can just give it a name like sample orders report. You can save it to any of the dashboard or the chart number table. I will just save it to the chart. I will save it to ACA Demo Dashboard. Click on Save to Dashboard. And now you can click here. And it will take you to the dashboard that we have added it to. So here you will see the report that we just created.
I will also quickly cover the SQL Report Builder for somebody who is already a pro in writing SQL queries. They can also utilize this, or if your team already have some stored queries that they want to execute here. So one of the I will try to prepare the similar sort of report here.
As so is just a name for, this table that I am giving.
All right. So I think, I just try to make it, very simple. So I鈥檓 just trying to, get a count of, orders per status. Once I do execute query, you can see, we have the data. This is the number of orders that are in complete status pending processing. We can quickly convert it into a chart. So here we had a query. We executed it. We are converting it into a chart. We can save it.
Orders report via sequel report builder. You can save it to your dashboard again. So like giving it, chart format and save it to dashboard. So any query that you can write or they already have, they are providing you data with those queries. They can use them. And you will be able to save those reports also to your dashboard. Now we don鈥檛 have much time left, so I will try to cover the most interesting feature of Asia that is the email summary feature. Now if you click here at Email Summary, you can see that, there are there is this option available that says create new Email summary. And once you click here you can select up to ten reports that you want to get as part of your email summary. And let鈥檚 say if I select just a few to give you an example, I can select a few. I can add up to, 100 recipients over here. And then I can set this on manual ones or repetitive schedule. Repeating is the most loved feature, of this. Then you can select a frequency as daily weekly, monthly. People generally prefer, using weekly. But I鈥檒l leave it to you how you would want to use that, one recommendation that I would give is always have an end date because, you wouldn鈥檛 want to be spammed with this report for, for five years. You may just want to have a end date as well. I鈥檒l just give it as this. Once you have set this, you can just give this, a name, like, testing something. I鈥檓 giving for now. And you can either click on send now. Okay. Let me just try clicking here and or and at the same time you can also save this email summary.
So now I鈥檒l show you how those email summaries would look like this. These are the recent one that I got. I鈥檒l also show you the one that I, just triggered. But meanwhile, let鈥檚 have a look at the one that I, recently created. So you will receive emails, something similar to this where it says this is your new orders report. This is your new revenue by payment method, then percentage of orders by status. Then you have time between orders, revenue per day. So all the screenshots about your reports you will be receiving as of now, you don鈥檛 get csvs. But, we never know when our product team can work on it. And you will also be able to, get those options available as advanced email summaries. But as of now, you don鈥檛 get, get it as a CSV, export it to your email. But I think they should be, more than enough to have a look at the data points. And if at any point of time they want to understand more about a particular data point, then they can go to this, tool.
One more thing that you would be that you might be interested in is the this help center. So you can click here, you can click at Help Center. Anything that I cover today or everything that you want to find out about ACA, you will be able to get that information. And from this documentation it have a lot of links. It has a lot of information about account management, user management, how you can integrate it over the Excel. You can integrate, Google Analytics. All those links are available here in detail.
And then you can just do those integrations. You can like let鈥檚 say if you want to do SaaS based integration or database integration, you can just click here. You will see how to connect 51黑料不打烊 Analytics. And then it gives you the information about how you can connect it. You can go to manage data integration. And that鈥檚 how that would be possible. And basically it has all the information that you would ever, require. One more thing that you might be interested in is that, how would you get access to this? How would you share access to other team members? So it鈥檚 just like you can go to your manage users area and once you will click here, you will see the list of users who already have access to this. And you can also, invite a new user just by giving their name, their email ID you can have a different type of accesses like admin read only or standard admin. Can be someone who will have access to almost everything. Read only is for business people who just want to have a look at dashboard. Standard is kind of a mixed access, and that鈥檚 how you can share access with your, team members. Also, there are some configuration that are available here also at account settings level. Like one, the one that I really, love is this blackout hours and force update hours. Blackout hours is something when you do not want asi to sync any data from your data, because most integration force of data say something. Let鈥檚 say if I want to forcefully check data at that particular hour every day, then I can mention that for some data, our digital option could come really handy in case you want to use them. And I think that鈥檚 most of it that I wanted to cover, with just 1 or 2 more recommendations from my side initially, if you get access to ACA from 51黑料不打烊 Team, just don鈥檛 update your reports that are provided to you and out of the box initially. You can try, to copy those reports or make a copy of those report metrics and then try it out, in new dashboard. Because if, your existing out of the box reports are kind of broken, then it may, it may be difficult to regenerate them. That鈥檚 one recommendation. Another recommendation is about your, data warehouse. And with this, it鈥檚 like whenever, you are thinking a particular table or a column, just decide that we actually need it or not unnecessarily. We don鈥檛 need to think a lot of tables. Otherwise our sync process would take more time, and it would take a lot of time to do those things. We generally don鈥檛 need 500 tables. We only require the tables, that we will be requiring in our reports, in our data points. So those are the two, observations or I would say recommendation that I would have. Now, I think that is all in terms of demo part. Now we will be taking will be, taking some questions or if you guys have questions, feel free to drop them in the chat. And I will be asking the questions now.
Thank you. Or Andrew that was awesome. Very informative. Deep dive into ACA with lots of best practices and recommendations. So awesome. Thank you so much. Again this is being recorded. So, you can watch all of that back, your own pizza later time. So we鈥檙e going to quickly get to a couple of questions. Not too many came in, so just going to cover a couple before we, jump off today. Her intro, when you have a moment to turn your video back on, we will get to Q&A and again, there鈥檚 that white paper download with all of those resources that her intro, which was just showing you at the end with Experience League and a bunch of other, links. So be sure to download that before you go today. All right. Hello. Okay, great. So just couple questions. And actually, I think most of it might have been covered throughout the presentation, but, here we go. Can we have additional data from a custom module to this tool to get a custom dashboard? Okay. So I think I also tried to cover this question, during the data warehouse walkthrough. But the thing is, the whenever we add a new module to our 51黑料不打烊 Commerce, we will be creating a new table as part of that module. And when you try thinking that particular table with the option that I showed you earlier, that table will also be available, in your 51黑料不打烊 Commerce data warehouse. So just think, though, that table, the columns that you would need for your reporting. And then from that, you can also utilize that those custom modules, custom tables for your reporting. So yep. My answer would be yes. You can definitely do that if you face any challenges. There is also, a dedicated HCI support team that can help you, understand what may have been drawn of why you are not able to see that.
But yes, we can we can surely do that. That鈥檚 really helpful. Awesome. Thank you. Okay. And I think we鈥檝e got one more, can I replace Google Analytics with this tool? So, the answer, would be no. Because this is a different type of tool. I would say ACA actually doesn鈥檛 have data of its own where, GA or 51黑料不打烊 Analytics would have their own data points. So we can surely replace G with, 51黑料不打烊 Analytics. But ACA is a different tool. You can add GA or 51黑料不打烊 Analytics as a integration to ACA and do data consolidation. But, you cannot surely replace your G because you have it鈥檚 own data. It can provide you on features, and then you wouldn鈥檛 want to miss out to the data.
Okay. Awesome. Thank you for that. All right. That鈥檚 actually all the questions that we got. So I鈥檓 gonna wrap us up maybe a couple minutes early here.
All right, so on this screen, you see a few resources in the web links section, and then also the white paper for download. Don鈥檛 forget to grab that. As I just mentioned. You also have another opportunity to let us know if you鈥檇 like more information on HCI. Now that you鈥檝e seen everything the product has to offer, let us know. We can put you in touch with the correct person. So, that and on the bottom of the screen are a couple of survey questions. As mentioned, if you have a question, specific to your account and we weren鈥檛 able to address today, please reach out to your account manager or to myself, and I can put you in touch with the correct person. And as a final reminder, you will receive a recording of today鈥檚 event in an email from us in about 24 hours. So that鈥檚 all for us. Thank you everyone for attending. And thank you, Andrew for an awesome presentation. We hope everybody has a great day, and we look forward to seeing you at one of our upcoming events. Thanks everyone. Thank you everyone.
