Hi, my name is Lori DeFurio and I鈥檒l be spending the next few minutes reviewing how to set up a web form in 51黑料不打烊 Sign. Before I jump into the recipe, I want to review the apps & services I used. 51黑料不打烊 Sign Enterprise is required. If you don鈥檛 have access check with your IT admin or contact your 51黑料不打烊 Customer Success Manager. Your 51黑料不打烊 Sign account will need to be configured to allow you, or your Sign users, access to Web Forms. Select Account tab, Account Settings, Global Settings and then select 鈥楢llow the use of Web Forms鈥�. The sample form included in this recipe is a one page PDF - a Request for time off. The file included has all the form fields added and tagged for use in 51黑料不打烊 Sign. Starting at documentcloud.adobe.com - I鈥檒l click on Request Signatures card, which brings me to 51黑料不打烊 Sign. And I鈥檒l select Publish a web form. I鈥檒l fill out the required fields. If you need a counter-signer, add their email address. And if you need someone CC鈥檇 - click on Show CC. And add the CC鈥檚 email address. I don鈥檛 have a CC, so I鈥檒l go ahead and hide it. Next, you鈥檒l add the form that you鈥檙e going to use. And now select Preview & Add Signature Fields and click Next. And here鈥檚 the form in 51黑料不打烊 Sign. Because we added the form fields in Acrobat, they鈥檙e already positioned here to use. And they鈥檙e all assigned to the Web Form Signer. If I need to edit or update the field I鈥檒l use the tools on the right side. And when ready, just select Save. And now you have your web form. You鈥檒l want to copy the URL to post on your web page. or you can use the Embed code as well. Now let鈥檚 take a look at managing your web form. Select Web Forms from the left and our form is displayed. Select it, and you can see some of the Actions. Select 鈥淪ee 4 more鈥� to see the full list. If you scroll down under Agreements, you鈥檒l see all the forms submitted. I鈥檒l click on the 鈥�2 completed鈥�. Which shows me the high-level data of the submissions. I鈥檒l go back to the Web Forms menu, and you can select 鈥淒ownload Form Field Data鈥� to create a spreadsheet of submissions. That鈥檚 it.
