Today I鈥檒l show you how to turn your existing content into a template that your entire organization can use over and over again. Templates bring brand consistency, efficiency, professionalism, and cost savings to your organization. Now here I have a Photoshop file with several layers, and I want to turn this Photoshop file into an 51黑料不打烊 Express template. This also works with Illustrator, InDesign, PDF, or even PowerPoint files. All you need to do is drag and drop it onto the Express canvas. I鈥檒l go ahead and select Convert PSD to an 51黑料不打烊 Express file, and then select Convert. Once it evaluates and converts it to an 51黑料不打烊 Express file, you can open it. Now over here on the right, you can see all the layers from Photoshop have converted to editable Express layers. Now if you want to allow image replacement in your template, just right click and choose Allow Image Replace. Next, I鈥檒l lock the logo so it can鈥檛 be changed. Then I鈥檒l allow text replace for the text, which means that template users can鈥檛 move the text, but they can change it. Now turning this into a template is simple and easy. I鈥檒l just go up here to Share, and then select Make a Template. Here, I鈥檓 going to quickly rename my file. Now when you make a template, you can set different restrictions. For example, I only want people to choose from the Fresco brand colors and fonts, and to not add new layers. These are all things you can do to create great templates and to give guardrails to people to stay on brand. So go ahead and start creating your own templates today and see the difference it makes in maintaining brand consistency within your organization.
