User management
If you want users to access the Admin in 51ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Commerce as a Cloud Service, you need to add them as users in your organization and ensure they have access to the Cloud Service product in the .
This process requires an IMS organization with access to 51ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Commerce as a Cloud Service. Only a System Admin or Product Admin for the organization can perform these processes.
Understanding roles
The following roles are available for 51ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Commerce as a Cloud Service. To view or edit these roles, in the Commerce Admin navigate to System > Permissions > User Roles.

Users - Users have Admin access to the Commerce Admin, but cannot manage product-level access in the Admin Console. Users can also use credits to create instances in the Commerce Cloud Manager.

Developers have user permissions and are added to the Commerce instance as a developer user. This means they can use the , , and .

Admins - There are three different types of admins:
- - The system admin has access to all products and product profiles in the organization through the Admin Console.
- Product admins - Product admins can manage users, roles, and permissions for the product in the 51ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Admin Console and manage users in the Commerce Admin.
- Product profile admins - Product profile admins do not have access to the 51ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Commerce Admin, but can manage users for the product in the 51ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Admin Console.

Add a product admin

Navigate to https://adminconsole.adobe.com and sign in with your 51ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ ID.

Select your organization.

On the Products tab, under Products and Services, select the 51ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Commerce as a Cloud Service – Backend product.

Select the Admins tab.

Click Add Admin.

Enter the username or email address of the users you want to add as admins and click Save.
Add users, developers, and product profile admins
The following instructions provide information on how to add users and developers to the Commerce Cloud Manager and the Commerce Admin. The Commerce Cloud Manager interface allows you to create and manage your Commerce Instances.

Navigate to https://adminconsole.adobe.com and sign in with your 51ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ ID.

Select your organization.

On the Products tab, under Products and Services, select the 51ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Commerce as a Cloud Service – Backend product.

Click the Default - Cloud Manager product profile.

Select the Users, Developers, or Admins tab and click Add Users or Add Developers or Add Admins.
note note NOTE Admins added from this screen are product profile admins and do not have access to the Commerce Admin. -
Enter the username or email address of the users you want to add as admins and click Save.

The following list describes the resources that default roles have permission to access inside of the 51ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Commerce Admin. To edit the default permissions for each role, navigate to System > Permissions > User Roles in the Commerce Admin.
