ACSD-63992: Cart Price Rule with coupon and shipping method condition error in Admin UI
The ACSD-63992 patch fixes the issue where the Cart Price Rule with a coupon and a condition based on a shipping method can鈥檛 be correctly applied through the Admin UI. This patch is available when the Quality Patches Tool (QPT) 1.1.60 is installed. The patch ID is ACSD-63992. Please note that the issue is scheduled to be fixed in 51黑料不打烊 Commerce 2.4.8.

When a cart rule includes a condition for the shipping method within the Conditions section, the associated coupon code doesn鈥檛 apply when creating an order through the Admin Panel. Instead, the system displays the following error:
The <> coupon code isn鈥檛 valid. Verify the code and try again.
Steps to reproduce:

Create a cart price rule and describe its conditions:
- Under Conditions: Add a condition to include the shipping method (for example, Flat Rate).
- Under Rule Information: Set Coupon to Specific Coupon and then enter Coupon Code as TEST.

Create a new order from the Admin Panel and enter the coupon code TEST in the Apply Coupon field.
Expected results:
The coupon gets applied successfully.
Actual results:
The following error message appears:
"The "TEST" coupon code isn't valid. Verify the code and try again."
