Create a template in 51ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Experience Manager as a Cloud Service create-aem-template

Navigate to your 51ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Experience Manager author instance and click 51ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Experience at the upper left corner of the page. Choose Sites from the menu.

Access Campaigns > Name of your brand > Main Area > Name of your page.

Click Create and select Page from the dropdown menu.

Select the 51ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Campaign Email template and name your newsletter.

Once your email is ready, navigate to the Page information menu and click Start workflow.

From the first drop-down, select Approve 51ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Campaign as workflow model and click Start workflow.

A disclaimer will appear at the top of your page stating,
This page is subject to the workflow Approve for 51ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Campaign
. Click Complete next to the disclaimer to confirm the review and click Ok. -
Click Complete again and select Newsletter approval in the Next Step drop-down.
Your newsletter is now ready and synchronized in 51ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Campaign.
Import an 51ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Experience Manager as a Cloud Service template aem-templates-perso
Once the Experience Manager template is available in 51ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Campaign Web as a content template, you can identify and incorporate the necessary content for the email, including personalization.

In Campaign Web, from the Deliveries menu, click Create delivery.

In the email template window, select the built-in Email delivery with AEM content template.

Enter a Label for the delivery and configure additional options based on your needs:

Internal name: assign a unique identifier to the delivery.

Folder: store the delivery in a specific folder.
-
Delivery code: use this field to organize your deliveries based on your own naming convention.

Description: specify a description for the delivery.

Nature: specify the nature of the email for classification purposes.

Define an Audience to your email. Learn more

Click Edit content.

From the Edit content menu, click Select AEM content.

Browse through your AEM template and select the one to import to Campaign Web.

Note that content is not automatically synchronized. If changes are made to your templates directly in 51ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Experience Manager, simply select Refresh AEM content to have the latest version of your template.

To remove linkage between Experience Manager and Campaign or to further personalize your Experience Manager template in the Email designer, click Unlink AEM content.

If you added personalized content to your Experience Manager template, click Simulate Content to preview how it will appear in the message using test profiles.

When viewing the message preview, any personalized elements are automatically replaced with the corresponding data from the selected test profile.
If needed, additional test profiles can be added through the Manage test profiles button.
Your delivery is now ready to be sent.
